Welcome to my website!
Whether you are considering making lifestyle changes or you just
wanted to see what was new, I am very glad that you stopped in.
That must mean that you are ready to make a change in your fitness
level. Excellent! I can help you do just that.
Having been an
aerobics instructor, fitness trainer, dancer, athlete and competitor
all of my life, I have come to realize one thing. “Fit” does
not mean the same thing to everyone, and getting fit does not take
the same effort from everyone. My job is to find out what
“fit” means to you and to design an easy to follow program for you.
If you like the fitness program and can easily incorporate it into your life, you
will continue to do it. That may seem overly simple and
obvious, but I want you to know that is my goal – to simplify
fitness. I will set you up on
an easy to follow program so that being fit becomes a natural and
positive aspect of your life.
So how do we go
about this, you ask? Prior to starting a program, I ask my
clients to commit to the changes they have asked for. I can
only help you when you are mentally committed to taking the actions
needed to meet your goals. YOU are the one doing the work and
putting in the effort. YOU have to want these changes for yourself
and YOU must commit to them in order to see results.
Incorporating fitness and nutrition into your lifestyle definitely
takes effort. However, with a program in hand and me here to support
you, you will meet your goals.
I use many different
tools to help you meet your goals. If fat loss is what you are
after, we will address your nutrition and create fun and challenging
cardio workouts for you. Athletes desiring to sprint faster,
jump higher, hit the ball farther, etc., will enjoy workouts that
key-in on the muscles they need to stretch and strengthen in order
to improve their game. If you are going through rehab or are
post-rehab and need to ease into workouts, I can help you with that
too.
If you are ready to
learn how I can help you set new lifestyle goals and achieve them,
contact me right now. I am
excited about the opportunity to make you stronger, happier and
healthier.
Make good choices
today!

What my clients
think about their programs...
Dear Sherry,
“My husband thanked me for losing weight and he is so proud of me.
I feel as though I’m 30 all over again. I can’t tell you how I
appreciate all your hard work keeping me on track and helping me to
feel wonderful all over again. At 66 I think that my brain is
expanding instead of shrinking. My enthusiasm for life is back!”
Love, J.P
Hey
Coach,
Today I felt like I trained at a higher level mentally and
physically. Thanks for pushing me and encouraging me - making one
more rep happen each set makes a difference in the end. I know
I am going to run my personal best again this weekend and it's
because of the type of training that you put me through. It
seems really hard at the time but when I'm done I feel a great sense
of accomplishment and I am so much stronger than I ever was in my
40's. Thanks for knowing what's right for me and for keeping
me safe. J.S.
Hi
Sherry,
I wouldn’t be as committed to my fitness and health without you. You
lined everything up for me, followed up and made sure I was on
target, then adjusted what was needed. I needed that kind of a
guidance otherwise too many choices distracts me and makes me stray
even more. You really made me accountable without making me feel
lousy when I know I didn’t do as well that week. Plus you’re super
encouraging. Not only that, you look great and you live your
belief. You set an example of what I would like to be when I grow
up. :0) You’re the best! E.A.
Sherry,
I liked last weeks exercise program. I feel like focusing on weight
training is what I want to do for awhile. My strength is really
picking up. I can do all of the ab exercises. I can also do way more
pushups than ever. Even decline pushups which I've never been able
to do. My core strength has
gone up. It feels like I'm working more of a range of muscles. E.M.
