I liked last weeks exercise program. I feel like focusing on weight
training is what I want to do for awhile. My strength is really
picking up. I can do all of the ab exercises. I can also do way more
pushups than ever. Even decline pushups which I've never been able
to do. My core strength has
gone up. It feels like I'm working more of a range of muscles. E.M.

follow in order to achieve them. Each week clients email or
fax in their photos and body stats and then receive modified
programs to help them continue to progress towards their
goals.

Nutritional Analysis
service provides anyone an opportunity to track
their food for one week and submit it for analysis and
recommendation for improvements. This is a great way to
kick off a healthier lifestyle!

Corporate Wellness
programs are designed in partnership with the onsite
human resources designee. We design ways to increase
productivity while improving the work/life balance. By
offering morning, lunchtime or after work fitness sessions,
in conjunction with improving high value beverages and
food/snacks, employees have increased energy and more
positive mental attitudes.
